Shop by what it is
Three different things are sold here, and the first line of every product page says which one you are looking at.
The signature edit
One or two pieces from each part of the range. If you are buying your first thing from us, start here.
Know the year?
Twenty-two anniversaries have their own page here, each named after the material that year traditionally calls for. These four are the ones people arrive looking for most.

Shop by finish and set
Half the range is warm and half of it is cool, and the other question is how many stems arrive.

Real flowers, honestly described.
Three different things are sold here in nearly identical words: real flowers preserved and plated in metal, real flowers sealed under lacquer, and handmade keepsake flowers that never grew. The first specification on every product page says which — above the marketing copy, not beneath it.
We do not say "forever", because nothing organic under a coating is forever. Kept dry and out of direct sun, a preserved flower holds its shape and colour for years. That is what we promise, and the care page explains exactly how to get it.

What people ask before they order
What the flowers are, how long they last, and what happens if something arrives wrong.
Some of them, and the first line of every product page says which. Preserved and plated means a real flower — grown and cut — treated so it will not decay and then electroplated in a layer of real metal. Preserved under lacquer is the same real flower sealed under clear coats so it keeps its own color.
Keepsake flowers — porcelain, cotton, leather, lace, paper, wood, crystal and rose quartz — never were flowers. They are handmade in the shape of one, because those are the materials their anniversaries call for.
Years, kept dry and out of direct sunlight. We do not say "forever", because nothing organic under a coating is forever and we would rather tell you the truth than the slogan.
What shortens it is moisture and UV. One in a steamy bathroom or on a south-facing windowsill will dull faster than one on a hall table. The care page has the whole list.
It is a real layer of gold, electroplated onto the flower — a coating, not a solid casting. Nothing on this site is solid metal and nothing on this site claims to be.
The same is true of the silver, platinum, copper, bronze, brass, iron, tin, aluminum and stainless steel pieces.
Use the anniversary menu — twenty-two years have their own page, from the first to the fiftieth, each named after the material that year traditionally calls for. If you know the number, that is the fastest route in the shop.
If your year is not listed, we do not make a piece that honestly answers it. Email us and we will tell you which comes closest and why.
Handling takes 1–2 business days — we check the order, inspect the pieces and pack them braced — then 3–5 business days in transit. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
You get a tracking number in the shipment confirmation email the moment the label prints. Full detail on the shipping policy.
There is a 100-day trial and returns and exchanges are both free. The conditions are that the piece comes back gently used and undamaged with the original packaging intact, and that you contact us within 30 days of receiving it to start one.
Something that arrived broken is not a return at all — photograph it and the outer carton, email us within seven days, and we replace it at our cost.
